About this programme:

Our Breathe, Create programme is an opportunity to come together and do just that, take a moment out to switch off and focus on your wellbeing through being creative, explore and develop your skills in a safe and friendly environment.

We know that creativity plays a significant role in identity development. It allows individuals to explore and express their personal values, beliefs, and emotions and through Breathe Create activities, people can discover their passions, experiment with different roles, and articulate their unique perspectives.

The aim of the overall approach allows everyone regardless of ability or background to participate and focus on projects that connect and celebrate, aiming to improve wellbeing and help those who may find it difficult to put thoughts and feelings into words. Take some time for yourself (Breathe..) and create!

With a focus on improving mental health, reducing loneliness, and nurturing a sense of belonging, the programme has quickly become a vital lifeline and creative outlet for many.
