Charnwood Arts organises events at various venues across the Charnwood district. Specific locations are listed on our website or event programs.

Our office is located at 27 Rectory Place, Loughborough LE11 1UW. More information here.

Our office opening hours are 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Any updates to these will appear on our Google listing.

Our gallery space and workshop hours vary. Please check event details online on our What’s On calendar.

Our events and exhibitions are normally free. Workshop fees vary depending on materials and refreshments provided, but concessions are available, so email us for more information.

Our regular weekly workshops and exhibition visits do not need to be booked. However, extra workshops and some special events may require booking due to limited spaces, as indicated on our What’s On Calendar.

Charnwood Arts aims to make events accessible. We have an access ramp and disabled toilet, here at Rectory Place, as well as a downstairs accessible art room. 

We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs, so please let us know in advance if you require any assistance. Details of other external venues can be found on the What’s On calendar.

We have limited free parking on the front of the building. Please tuck up and double park, to ensure that many people can park as possible.

There is also street parking for two hours before 6pm (unrestricted after), as well as strong bus links and a 14-minute walk to the train station. 

Recommended car parking includes: the former Beacon Bingo, Regents Place, Granby Street or Beehive Lane.
