In this hands-on workshop, you will explore the creative possibilities of combining textile surfaces with the delicate use of fibres to add soft, ethereal hues to your work and pieces.
Through the process of needle felting and layering, you’ll learn how to build up rich, tactile surfaces, using wool and other fibres to embellish your base fabrics. You’ll then develop your unique piece further with hand stitching, using embroidery techniques to add detail and texture.
By the end of the session, you'll have created your own unique textile outcome that blends colour, fibre, and stitch in a beautifully layered composition.
