The Heron Wellbeing Music Café is a relaxed, inclusive live music session funded by Charnwood Arts and delivered by Musicworks to support wellbeing in the local community. The sessions are welcoming for people living with dementia, people with learning difficulties or mental health conditions, carers, and anyone experiencing loneliness or social isolation. Led by specially trained community musicians, sessions include live music, singing, gentle movement and simple music-making. No musical experience is needed, just come along, enjoy a cup of tea and connect through music.
A free of charge, drop in session, funded by Arts Council England, The National Lottery Community Fund and Barchester Homes.
