Charnwood Arts embraces community, enabling people of all ages, skills, abilities and experience to participate in the arts across all its forms and at all levels, in a variety of roles
Charnwood Arts is partnering with JoCo Training to give local musicians the opportunity to access:
Music In Care Practitioner Training
The 3 module program is ideal for community musicians who wish to develop their practice in community, healthcare and social care contexts.
The program consists of THREE modules and includes practical activities and a case-study based on your own practice.
Aims and objectives are to:
1. Understand the health and social care issues and perspective of person centred and collaborative working
2. Develop your scope of music in care practice
3. Develop a personal strategy for self-care and continuous development
4. Use reflective practice to consider impact and evaluation of your practice
The cost of this training is normally £160 however Charnwood Arts is subsidising at 50%
