Sketch & Stroll – FREE outdoor art activity for adults
Join artist Richard Trigg on a gentle walk around the centre of Loughborough, stopping to sketch local scenes on the way.
When: Sundays 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th June 2023 - 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
Meeting at Charnwood Museum in Queen's Park
No art experience needed - anyone can do it - with support and guidance on technique for those who want it.
Each session sets off from Charnwood Museum in Queen's Park, following a circuit under two miles long and all wheelchair accessible. Week 1 will be sketching in Queen's Park itself.
Bring your own choice of drawing materials – a small hard-backed pad (size A5 or A6), a few pens, pencils and even colours if you like. (Note: a small, basic art supply will be available for those who need them).
Come dressed for the weather and prepared to stand and work outside. (Sessions will be cancelled in bad weather).
Suitable for adults aged 16 and over.
Spaces are limited and booking essential - phone 01509 265728 or email info@charnwoodarts.com quoting your name and contact details.

(Disclaimer: this is an open-air activity taking place in public areas. Participants take part in the walks completely at their own risk and those with a health issue must take appropriate steps to safeguard themselves.)
