EXHIBITIONS
Paul Brown
Loughborough based photographer Paul Brown came to photography later in life but discovered an enthusiasm, ability and commitment that has led him to many places around the world. Charnwood Arts has supported him to develop a number of exhibitions of his work and produce a retrospective book of his street photography. This can be accessed through the link at the bottom of this page. The book was also represented through a long term exhibition at New Walk Museum in Leicester and seen by tens of thousands of visitors.
Paul had this to say: "I was born on the 1st February 1947 in Loughborough, Leicestershire and have lived there all my life. I began my interest in photography in 2005 and quickly became fascinated by street photography, a passion that has taken me to places as diverse as The Bronx, Krakow, Cuba, the streets of Copenhagen, Palermo and all round the UK."
