The last in our series of live events for 'People Making Places' Bryan Page's exhibition explored the unglamorous but highly skilled work of the gravel extractors along the Soar Valley at Wanlip. The exhibition also contained visualisations of the areas around Cossington and Wanlip from pre-human settlement through to early human habitation.
Bryan worked over three years to document the changing landscape and the men and machinery working the site.
More of Bryan's work can be found in People Making Places and in the webWORKS gallery.
