Kazi Nazrul Islam is, along with Tagore, one of the most famous Bengali speaking poets of the last century. His work and life are celebrated in this exhibition produced by the Bangladeshi Youth and Cultural Shomiti in Leicester.

The exhibition is part of an ongoing collaboration between the BYCS 'Confluence' project and Kala Kahani.

This project seeks to bring the work of Nazrul and Tagore to a wider public through exhibitions, a new web site, workshops and events and a new translation of selected works of Rabindranath Tagore.

The Nazrul exhibition runs until the beginning of April in the upstairs gallery at Loughborough Town Hall.
