With a fabulous repertoire that includes much well-loved classics like:

· Sleeping Beauty Waltz

· Orpheus In The Underworld (“The Can Can”)

· Sailor’s Hornpipe

· Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana

· Bolero

· Skaters Waltz

· Humming Chorus

· Roses of the South

and more…

Performed alongside a mix of popular film music plus a handful of Fordante’s own enchanting and mesmerising Worldly and Celtic inspired songs.

With stunning projected visuals and computer controlled lighting, the popular classics are presented in a light hearted and entertaining manner adding to the enjoyment of the concert atmosphere.

Fordante are the critically acclaimed five piece ensemble (violin, cello, viola, oboe, keyboard) created by award winning film and TV composer Phil Mountford specifically to perform light classical repertoire and movie music to audiences who may not usually experience this genre of live music.

Described as "Like André Rieu with a smaller orchestra", Fordante return to perform their most spellbinding concert yet. Suitable for absolutely anyone who enjoys music, not just for classical aficionados!
